The Glunz & Jensen FlexLine is a modular and fully automated flexo platemaking system. FlexLine integrates the flexo plate washout processor with automated movement of the plate into dryers, light finishers and stacker holding slots.

The FlexLine features a unique elevator system, which moves the plates freely between all process steps. FlexLine can be configured in a short version (with or without additional light finisher module), or as a full length version (with maximum drying capacity and even an additional light finisher section)
The high speed 505 DW-XP washout processor represents the well-proven heavy duty XP processor family, with 26 washout brushes and a separate section to remove the black mask. Reliable mechanics and precise process controls provide excellent and consistent washout results.

The dryer comes in modules, allowing easy accommodation of different configurations. Each dryer slot is equipped with advanced air flow management and individual tempe-rature control, resulting in very accurate and fast drying.
Industrial control components are located nearby each section, for easy access and smooth technical maintenance.
Advanced mechanics supported by servo controls
provide accurate and reliable transport of the flexo plate through all processing steps.
After washout, each plate is delivered and transported by means of a special tray through all remaining processes. No mechanical stress is applied to the processed plate at any time.
